PropErgy Management was founded in 2022 by Kreston Cloete on a simple insight: many property risks don\u2019t come from poor intentions they come from misalignment between governance, law, and day\u2011to\u2011day building operations.<\/p>

With a background spanning civil litigation, property law, construction, project management, and over a decade of hands\u2011on property management, PropErgy Management was created to close that gap.<\/p>

We understand how trustees\/developers think, what stakeholders require to operate effectively, and where developments and buildings fail when governance is treated as a box\u2011ticking exercise rather than a decision\u2011making framework.<\/p>
